The Launch Up Program was created to support Detroit's young adults as they take the first steps into adulthood.

Through on-farm work experience, career guidance, skills coaching, and support following program completion, Launch UP supports participants in achieving their life and career goals.

About the Program
Work at Adamah Farm
Get hands on experience at a working farm, and learn about different aspects of employment, leadership, and critical thinking.
Learn Through Experience
Go through farm farm-based curriculum to help you learn to apply knowledge to application.
Career Exploration & Planning
Take career tests, talk with professionals from various fields, and develop a career planning map to help you pursue special interests.
Coaching & Mentorship
Receive guidance on managing your money, healthcare, and more.
Devotions
Explore how God is in each component of our work and our lives.

Apply for Launch Up
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 - 24 with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. No prior work experience is required, but you must view this as more than a way to earn money.

The program runs for about 6 months. Participants will work 20 hours per week and make $13/hour.

​Participate in an interview to discuss goals, aspirations, and fit for the program.
3. Notification
​Successful candidates will be notified and provided with further details about the program start date and orientation.
