Mushrooms - Golden Oyster (4oz)
This mushroom loses it's golden color when cooked. They can replace button mushrooms in most recipies and pair well with many cuisines and flavors. Oyster mushrooms are best when cooked with a dry saute method and can then be flavored to your liking and eaten by themselves, as a snack, or added to any dish. They are high in protein content, several B vitamins, and all the essential amino acids. A great substitute for chicken or pork and they have been known to lower cholesterol, shrink tumors, and reduce the development of plaque in major arteries.
